I'm not sure if this should be called a tip, technique, or strategy.  But I guarantee more sales if you start doing it!

The Simple Sales Tip

1. Every week, keep a track of "why" you win any deal, job, or sale.

2. Every week, keep a track of "why" you lost any deal, job, or sale.

3. Take this data from your sales team and meet with your marketing team (or whomever is responsible to set pricing, create marketing material, or craft your messaging).

4. Modify your messaging to handle the objections.

5. Train your sales team on these specific objections.

6. Bonus - track your sales close ratio each week (what gets measured improves)!
