In the beginning, while you’re learning the system, we recommend spending an hour each week with your team (watching one video and completing the necessary homework).  This is the pace at which most teams implement.

An alternative is to spend a full day during each of your first three months (basecamp).  After you’ve completed basecamp, you’ll spend one full day each quarter (in addition to your 90-minute weekly meeting).

1. For the Business Operating System, the order of the training modules matter. Teams who start with “vision” or “planning” instead of the Foundation Habits take longer to see success.  For this reason, we recommend that you follow the order.
