Here are our terms and conditions, but don’t worry, we didn’t run these through the legal team. We want this to be useful and readable for you. Here’s what you can expect from us and what we expect from you:

  1. Try us out: You can give our system a proper whirl…and be given a full 30 days to do so. If you aren’t satisfied, we’ll give you your money back (tell us first if there’s anything we can do to help). We’re here for your success.
  1. Honor System: We believe in the “honor system” around here. If you're on an "organization" plan, we trust you to choose the correct plan. As you grow, upgrade as you hire more team members. Simple as that!
  1. Real Answers: Got questions? We’ve got answers. We’re always an email away…or talk to a coach on a 1:1 or Q&A call. Expect real, thoughtful responses—not canned ones.
  1. Your Feedback Matters: Have suggestions or requests? We’re all ears. We’re here thanks to great clients like you. Let us know if something doesn’t work for you, and we'll make it better.
  1. Need Guidance?: Reach out if you need help figuring out where to start or how to proceed. We've helped many clients and we're happy to share our experience.
  1. Think First: If something doesn’t make sense, don’t do it! Don’t blindly follow our recommendations. We don't know your business as well as you do. Let’s chat so you understand the WHAT and WHY.
  1. Bug Fixes: Find a bug in our online platform? We'll squash it quickly! Let us know if something isn’t working properly, and we’ll jump right on it.
  1. Expect to Grow: We’re always adding and polishing content. Look out for new training modules and let us know if you need something that’s not on the platform.
  1. Expect to Work: We’ll teach you the tools and systems to help you grow. Your job is to execute. Do the homework, join the calls, and follow through. It works!
  1. Your Data is Yours: We respect your data and privacy. We won’t sell it and we’ll take appropriate measures to keep it safe. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll let you know immediately.
  1. Easy Cancellation: Cancel anytime. No fuss, no hassle. We believe in our system, but if you need to cancel, we understand.
  1. You’re a Person, Not a Number: Business is built on relationships. We’ll do everything to maintain a healthy relationship with you. Get engaged with the community and through group calls.
